Where Is Your focus?

Parents often ask me for advice on how to raise children so that they can make the best decisions for themselves and help their kids be prepared for adulthood. I’ve advised many parents on how to follow two simple systems. The first system is the Universal Law of Attraction, and the second is Your Internal Guidance System. By tapping into these systems, you can get what you want from your kids. Let’s begin by answering the question; what is the Universal Law of Attraction? The easiest way to explain it is by comparing it with the Law of Gravity.  It operates whether we think about it or not and whether or not we are aware of it. The Law of Gravity is absolute. It’s one of the laws of the Universe. The Universal Law of Attraction is much like gravity in that it’s absolute and operates whether or not we are aware of it.  What I love-teaching parents about the Law of Attraction, is that they can use this law for more ease in their parenting. So, for today, I’ll be simplifying that science for you. The Law of Attraction states that you attract into your life whatever you think about— whether you want what you’re thinking about or not. In other words it’s all about what you’re focusing on. Have you noticed through your own life experience, that being negative only perpetuates negativity and feeling positive and having positive expectations opened up your possibilities? I imagine you have.

This is why it’s so important to think about and focus on—only what it is you want to bring into your life, including the relationship you want to have with your child.

In my newest project I join Zig Ziglar, Kirk Martin, Dawn Jones, as well as other experts to share our expertise, and stories to help you to develop a solid understanding of your role as a parent and embrace strategies that work. Using this system, you will discover methods to communicate effectively with your child about a variety of issues while raising their confidence. You’ll learn how to encourage and promote your child’s healthy development into their teen years! Learn more on Amazon.
